Last Tuesday I came into CUVAH to have a knee replacement done. This was not the first time I had been here, nor was I the only family member to have had surgery here. I did want to take the time tho, to say that the nurses, custodians, and food service staff were by far, the most helpful, pleasant, easy going staff I have ever come into contact with. I had the worst experience here at UVA Culpeper Hospital dr. Sterling was the doctor that I said she was horrible her bedside manners was horrible and I guess because she's a doctor she must be better than another.
The discharge nurse bruised/sprained my shoulder, at the er last night- all the number you have online to complain are wrong, and the doctor did nothing, to the fact i passed out at work which is what landed my first- not by my choice, in your er. so no in addition to feeling very weak, i now have a sprained/bruised shoulder from your staff. i would never choose again to go there. i do not advise anyone else to either
