I've been with UVA over 3yrs. and for the most part have had a good experience with each department.. not perfect..and believe me I've seen a lot of doctors at UVA.. very professional and compassionate.. I don't ever like my experience with gyn but am so grateful they can deal with my anxiety and why I will continue to go back to get my check up... thank you UVA for your care..
My 3 month old got choked last night & came to the hospital by ambulance and was put in the waiting area with all the sick kids who had the flu and was throwing up everywhere and we were told you guys couldn't see him for hours so we left and took him to his regular Ped's office. You guys should of made a separate room with the remodel for kids to wait who are NOT contagious !!

The staff at UVA pediatrics/Harrisonburg are awesome. NP Holly Mason is our favorite. Her bedside manner and patient care is top notch. My children and I love her and her nurses!!

Create an efficient, customer-friendly billing process. Deal with people as human beings. Don't ask patients to sign unreasonable letters, saying they will pay whatever UVA chooses to charge them for the rest of their lives.
