Incredibly long waiting time (~1h or more). Space underutilised, some cubicles empty. As the main branch, it is unacceptable.

Awful. If I could give zero stars I would. Prepare to wait an hour plus. I could get a meeting at my local bank the same day. There the first available meeting is THREE WEEKS AWAY. They really need to get their act together - it's not like they lack the money with their fees and other bs. The staff is rude and hostile. They asked a poor old woman in a walker today to wait an hour plus and when she said she couldn't (they don't offer any chairs only benches) they suggested she do it online. Shame on them. Osasin odottaa pitkää, runsaan tunnin jonoa, se ei ollut ongelman nimi tässä. Vein kuolinpesän laskuja maksuun, virkailija ilmoitti heti alkuun ettei niitä täällä makseta. Otti kuitenkin vihaisena laskuihin allekirjoitukset, lupasi laittaa eteenpäin.. ja katosi jonnekin. En tiennyt että laskujen vieminen pankkiin on rikollista, siltä musta tuntui käynnin jälkeen.
