awful place my daughter went through 3 different primary drs there after each one said they were not comfortable with her has their patient because she has speech aproxia and couldn't communicate with them. that's discrimination
I do not know what is going on at UT. Have been a patient there for around 8-10 years. In the past 4 years have had problems getting medications filled. I will call & they never call you back. My druggist requested a refill last month still no response. Normally I will make 4- 8 phone calls but have not called them this time been sick a lot. I have been sick past few years & ended up admitted to Memorial Hospital in critical condition. UT has not even run any retain blood test. My other doctor trying to take care of their jo... read more
I called requesting an appointment only to be spoken to disrespectfully because the website stated full gynecological care for adolescents to geriatric and was told they do not offer those services they are Family Practice Only and if you need a a new PCP then we can schedule but otherwise you need to find a gynecologist elsewhere, when I tried to explain what the website said, she hung up on me... blown away!
To all the staff at UT Family Practice (especially Andrea who answers the phone), thank you for all you're doing for your patients during this difficult time. It is very much appreciated.
Best Physician visit I've ever had. Dr. Dassow was pleasant, engaged, intuitive, attentive, and most importantly patient with me. He explained everthing to me. Walked me through the process, and showed genuine empathy for my situation.
I just love my new Dr. , Jennifer Brauner (spelling?). She is so sweet and caring.
Dr Elizabeth Close is now practicing here! Been using her for years at her old location. Not sure how I feel about the front desk staff yet and now that's she is in a teaching position it's not as easy to make appointment but so worth seeing her.
