HORRIBLE!!! Have asked for 2 MONTHS for someone in billing to contact me about false charges on my EOB. Have YET to have a return call!! I will go to the ER in the future, this place is a joke. I told my Insurance Company about false charges and how RUDE the staff is! I will be contacting the BBB about this medical office!
I absolutely love the doctors here! They are very intelligent and kind! My girlfriend had stitches that where put in to tight by UT and no one could even touch her finger to get them out without her being in excruciating pain. I took her here and they took them out with no pain! every doctor here had amazing talent and i would never want to go anywhere else!
Don't go!!! I went to have an ingrown toe nail clipped and ended up with a big blister on my toe that has left an open wound and the top it off they did get all my toenail taken care off... I'll never go back!
This is a terrible business!!!! I took my daughter there tonight for migraines and bug bites and was shocked at the way she was treated!!!! She judged my daughter and had no idea what she was talking about!!! It was a waste of time, money and dignity!!!! We left there feeling worse than when we came in. I own a business in the same area and will make sure all my customers are aware of her inappropriate behavior!!!!
