My daughter was seen today for Gastro issues. The Dr, who we cannot confirm the name of, because she wasn’t presented any paperwork whatsoever, saw her for a few minutes, who said he cannot help her, yet he instructed her that she definitely did not look malnourished, and also made comments about her mental state, based on the medication that she currently takes. RecommendedEveryone who saw me last night exceeded my expectations. It was close to quitting time and I wasn’t sure if I would get any thing good out of my visit. However, everyone on staff exceeded my expectations! Thank you all for making me feel special!
Took my husband in with classic flu symptoms 3 days ago but Dr would not test for flu saying it was “too early in the season”. Prescribed mild pain meds and said he would just have to let this virus run its course. After 3 days of worsening aches, pains, and fever that no longer responds to Tylenol went to a different clinic this morning where he tested POSITIVE FOR FLU B. The girl at the front desk wanted me to pay a $150 co pay because she couldn't figure out if they accept my insurance. She said "it's Saturday, so your insurance customer service is probably closed." First, that's ridiculous. Second, that's not true. Third, my insurance covers urgent care even in Guam. I wouldn't trust this girl to work at McDonald's.
