I needed an electrician urgently on a Saturday, due to an alarm that was faulty and non stop ringing. I spoke to the team who were very reassuring about getting someone out asap. They whatsapped me immediately to make payment up front but the engineer was there within 20 mins and fixed it promptly. They kept me updated and assured me that all was sorted and sent me a photo to show the issue. It was all very efficient and I was very happy with the service I received, thank you for your help.
