RecommendedI tried urgent care of twin falls a couple months ago when I had an viral infection in my throat. Jessie sent me to the ENT and was amazing. A couple days ago, I got the same pain but I seen Jake this time. He was amazing as well! Thank you both for trying to help me even though I just have to go back to ENT.

Took my sick toddler in this morning. Great service from the secretary to the nurse and the doctor. Nobody ever seemed inconvenienced. Made us feel like a priority and were great with a sick 2 year old. Out of all 3 urgent care facilities in Twin Falls this was by far the BEST experience I've had.
Couldn't be happier with our visit! I took my toddler in for an extended cold and possible pink eye (turned out to be sinus infection), it was later in the evening and she was scared and grumpy. Erica was so sweet with her as soon as we walked in, showed her how everything worked on me first when getting her vitals so she wasn't scared. they always took good care of my daughter's when I really didn't want to rush them to the hospital. they were very kind and helpful when my babies got sick and they make sure you prescription is filled pronto.
These people have always been prompt and to the point; always dealing with the problem to the extent they can or advising where to seek help when the issue exceeds their capabilities. I like that because besides showing responsibility in their end, it doesn’t waste any more than needed from anyone’s time.
They were pleasant expedient and efficient.
Awesome, got me in and it in half hour!!! Way better than the hospital can do!!! So accurate as well!!!
The staff were great!!! Fast, friendly and very efficient!!!!!
