Very friendly staff easy to get seen
Lakes Urgent Care adds a new dimension to urgent care. I was there less than an hour, treated and released with scripts sent to my pharmacy electronically. 2nd visit to the facility and both times were the same. I recommend to all.
I sliced my finger in s Christmas cooking accident, and although it wasn't speed because they were very busy, it was clean and the staff including the doc I saw was very nice and concerned about causing me discomfort while tending to my bleeding wounds. I hope I dont need an urgent care again, but I would go back
Dr was rude, barely diagnosed me, he was in the room less than 5 minutes
I was there in the back for almost an hour before the doctor came and saw me, 101.6 fever and the doctor couldn't tell me what was wrong other than my ear looked angry. She said she wanted me to take 800 mg of ibuprofen 3 times a day but then one call me in a prescription for it told me I'd use the over-the-counter stuff which is way more expensive.
they took the time to call me and discuss my bill..to my satisfaction
