Easy check in. The doctor was nice, it would have been great if he was more informative about what was going on with me. He just was like it's this, take an antibiotic, go upstairs to request a surgery appointment. Pretty much going through the motions. But my experience upstairs was great withe receptionist. Hopefully better experience as far as the surgeon.
I’ve had several good experiences at Bayview NowCare. I just had to go yesterday. It was a Saturday around 5 o’clock and I only had to wait a short time before they took me back. I saw the doctor and she was able to take care of my problem and send in a prescription. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them whenever you need urgent care.
Please don’t change anything. This is my second visit to NowCare and I’ve been most satisfied each time. Check in is easy and prompt. I was seen promptly on each occasion. Care was thorough and accurate. NowCare fills a very important niche between PCP and emergency room: those times when you need medical attention right away, but not so seriously as to add to strains on the emergency. I was seen both times by Dr. Al Saadi. I found her very professional and caring.
I went there today to get a form filled out for work…….first off, no one was no was very welcoming at the front desk even though i was (trust me i worked front desk medical for years). Not one said hey good morning or afternoon even though i did. I presented the form and woman came straight out and said oh no doctor said no because it needed the examining doctor who was a doctor at now care to examine me when they didn’t even bother to look me up in their system!! I am disappointed with the assessment of my injuries, which felt limited to a single x-ray. My expectations for the service provided were unfortunately not met. I believe a more comprehensive evaluation is necessary for proper care. This experience has left me seeking further clarification and a more thorough medical review.
