Wonderful care!!! I would have given 5 stars if the needed supplies had been in their inventory. After three attempts to make a device to stabilize my broken bones without any success was concerning. The efforts made to solve the issue was incredible and should be commended. I was impressed with their professionalism and care. Definitely will recommend them.
Hi had a really great experience at urgent care yesterday. the nurse was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable right away. she explained everything clearly and took her time to make sure i was okay. the doctor was also very thorough and professional, and really listened to my concerns. it’s not always easy to feel cared for in a medical setting, but they both truly went above and beyond. thank you so much to the entire team!
I went to NowCare on Sunday. The receptionist who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The nurse and doctor were amazing! Thorough but got me out quickly. Prescription sent to my Kroger pharmacy and it was ready as soon as I arrived. This saved me from having to miss work during the week. I hope I don’t have to go back 😊 but if I do I will definitely come here!
Stopped in as a visitor to VA Beach with a spider bite reaction. Was able to be seen fairly quickly and prescribed an antibiotic. Total time there about 1.5 hours. Excellent service from receptionist to Medical Dr.
I had a very short wait time. The nurses and staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor was caring and very thorough in explaining the test result and why he thought the med he was prescribing was best for me. All in all, a very positive experience.
