Check in took a little longer than I expected but, wow, the staff treated with friendliness, attention to detail, and excellent medical care! Dr. Li is very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. I'm impressed and as a retired nurse, that is not easy to do. Overall, the visit was very efficient and we were in and out in less than an hour.
Staff and doctors are super friendly and efficient. Well knowledgeable doctors on staff and very happy to know that it is so close to home. The wait time was a little bit, but considering there was only one doctor on staff I guess due to they are hiring new ones. The wait time was not too bad.
The staff was polite and friendly. The Doctor was very thorough and caring. She spent time with me explaining the details of my condition and that was a breath of fresh air compared to the normal routine of most PCP's.
I didn't have to wait very long. Maybe 25 minutes to be seen and was taken care of quickly. My situation was minor so no major things to worry about, but overall go very friendly and helpful staff. And I recommend them if you need to go specien. Immediately, but do not want to go to an emergency room.
They always give great care! Do you have to wait a little longer some times? Not usually but it does happen. It's definitely not half as long as the ER. Especially when you get seen by severity at any ER you visit. I've gone to other urgent care centers where I've waited a lot longer, and they have more than 1 Dr. and 1 nurse. If you don't want to have to wait and expect immediate service maybe call 911. Good luck not getting put on hold though. Even 911 centers are short staffed now.
