Visited Nowcare on a walk-in basis. Reception and intake were prompt and professional. I was seen with minimum of fuss. Pleased to discover their Bayview affiliation meant my records and information were intact from my cardiologist - Cardiovascular Associates Ltd. I found Dr Alsaadi kind, attentive and professional. Facility appears well- staffed and well-equipped. You can visit here with confidence. I’ll definitely use Nowcare Urgent Care in the future.
Medical Staff was EXCELLENT- friendly, tentative, and listened to my medical needs. Wait time was adequate. My rating would have been 5 star; however the first impression that the front desk staff associate set was below average. The male customer service front desk staff person was below average in their initial greeting, friendliness, personality, overall demeanor in their interactions with me. The doctor was great, I understand that general doctors for other reason can be a difficult issue, yet I do wish since I did have some kind of inflammation... I know certain issues were not his specific field he could at least prescribed me some anti inflammatory meds or general antibiotics just in case. But seeing a specialist after the fact would be more specific.
Nurse and Doctor that I had for my appointment yesterday were professional and listened to me the patient. It has been less than 24 hours and the medication they prescribed is making me feel much better! Thank you 😊
