To start the massage was amazing. However my issue is with the fact that I was essentially charged twice. I booked a Swedish massage last Friday but on the way my car broke down, immediately I let the parlour know, a full hour before my appointment, and I thought I rescheduled for this week. Turns out I rebooked (this was not explained on the phone) and the result of this was I got charged £130 for a 60minute massage due to lack of clarity on the phone. Had a hour massage with Som today and it was without question the best massage treatment I have ever had. The studio was immaculate and all the small touches such as a heated blanket, soft towels made such a difference. The girl on reception was attentive and very friendly. Will be back and recommending to everyone I know.
Booked a last-minute pregnancy massage. Staff were very polite, friendly and professional. The atmosphere was very relaxing, calming music and lovely smell in the studio. The massage experience was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a bit of relaxation and tension relief.
