Mattress topper is so nice
Really disappointed with the wool duvet and the after service. The wool duvet was made with inferior cotton material so the duvet sheds wool constantly. I have tried phoning, emailing and writing to Urban Wool to request a replacement but there has been no response.

Communication from David is fast and extremely helpful if you have any questions. Postage is just as fast. I ordered pillows and a topper and have only spent two nights with them on my bed but am already feeling the benefit.
