I discovered Urban Wardrobes through a post on Pinterest and was immediately drawn to their clean design. The service throughout the planning process for my bespoke wardrobes was excellent, and I’m really pleased with both the design and quality of their products, as well as the smooth installation process. Their prices are also competitive, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for stylish, well-made bespoke furniture.
Urban installed some attractive glass fronted wardrobes about 7 years ago. We had a small issue with them recently and they returned and fixed them without charging.
Absolutely worst company I have ever had to deal with. They had delays beyond a month to deliver built ins whilst making my house uninhabitable for over a month. The project in the end did not match the final designs. The staff never knew what was happening or have materials to finish the work. We clearly were a “type 2” customer as they prioritised perhaps larger or other customers. Look elsewhere honestly, not worth the stress and the trouble.
After doing a lot of research to find the perfect company for fitted wardrobes and a bespoke home workstation, I came across Urban Wardrobes on Instagram—and I’m so glad I did. Very happy with my bespoke bedroom wardrobe. Urban Wardrobes takes all necessary time to build the project with the customer and to take into account customer’s needs. The quality of the furniture is very good and the fitters are good professionals. What is more the prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this company.
