This is the second time I’ve leased a flat through urban spaces. In this most recent flat they: - Did not fix the hot water or drainage issue in the shower for three months - Took two months to fix electrical/lighting issues - left a non-working extractor fan in the bathroom for the entirety of the lease (no windows in the room) - Gave keys to a workman to enter my flat without telling me they were coming - Took an entire month after the end of lease to suggest deposit deductions, and another two weeks to pay out the deposit... read more
