Had a great experience with Tom / Alexandra at Urban Spaces - super friendly and smooth process
I wish I could give less than one star. I had a viewing scheduled for today at 3 PM, but after an hour's drive, I found out it was canceled via an email sent at 2:30 PM. When I called for clarification, both employees I spoke to were indifferent and didn’t offer any apologies or understanding. This level of customer service is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I expected much better.
Urban Spaces have been excellent to deal with. They were consistently helpful and friendly throughout all stages of my rental agreement, and were very quick to supply a reference after the tenancy period was completed. I'd highly recommend them to any potential renters or buyers.
The team at Urban Spaces provided excellent support throughout my sales process. The approach offered was unique to my property and marketed the property in a way that focussed on its individuality. Once a buyer was located the support through to completion was superb.
I've been living a flat for over five years rented through this agency in Atrium Height in London until I bought my own place last month.
