We bought a house from Urban Patchwork a few months ago and found Tom to be very helpful, transparent and responsive. He knew his stuff and gave us frank and honest responses, so we felt in much better hands than with other estate agents we encountered in our search. Toby and Tom from Urban Patchwork were fantastic to work with - in organising viewings around us (as tenants) and going out of their way to assist us whenever needed. They are very responsive either by phone and email and it show what a small agency is like compared to the large agencies. I could not recommend them more highly.
