If only there was an option for no stars. Honestly the worst service I have received anywhere. It makes me laugh because they advertise that they aim to set the bench mark high with there service, I've had better service in Burger King. They never call you back when they say they will, if you've got a problem/maintenance issue to report don't expect anything will be done. Update. Further to the below I have been waiting over a year for my liking roof to be repaired. Random bills appear on my account without any support as to what they relate to. They manage two flats in a converted house. Charges appear on annual statements for work that neither of the tennents were aware of. They will appear to do whatever they can to up the maintanice charges. As a positive they do reply to emails quicky.
