Attempted to arrange a quote for gardening and landscaping work. Sent photos and request, gardening quote provided by email but we wanted the quote as a whole, the landscaping work required site survey to quote. Booked in for a survey 2 weeks ahead, on the day no one shows up, no call or email from the admin team. We call, no answer. Send a follow up email, hear back the next day that they messed up their survey schedule. No problem, mistakes happen. I am very happy with the job done by Urban Gardeners, my garden was overgrown and now looks so much better. They arrived on time and took away all the cuttings, branches etc. They were very pleasant to deal with. I will get them again.
