Bought my first car with them, guys are brilliant won’t pressure you into something unless your sure it’s what you want, quick turnaround, all round pleasant experience, would recommend if you’re not sure about cars.
Buying my car was a pleasant, stress-free experience; the owners have a relaxed attitude and let the customer weigh up the cars without any hard sell. Their cars are presented in excellent clean condition and they even got a fresh MOT on mine (it had 3 months to go). Highly recommended
Went to view a vehicle paid a deposit expecting to pick vehicle up within a week which isn’t unreasonable but one excuse after another no car told it needed a cambelt sorry that doesn’t take a week next I’m told the cylinder head has been removed for a chuffing injector again you don’t remove the head for a chuffing injector unless maybe you snapped it so by now I’m not impressed yet another week goes by still no car so I asked for my deposit back which in fairness I received I take that as a lucky escape will never use this... read more

tried to buy car this morning was told my expectations were to high and not to buy the car, just asked a few questions about body work was told I'm one of them because I touched the car, then asked if car was fully automatic bloke didn't know how to answer about semi auto, pointed to dent in door was then told expectations were to high he the went into office left my wife and self standing on forecourt, we were really interested in buying the car, someone must have trod on his toe. this happened at urban car sale this mornin... read more
