Excellent customer service, while moving house I had managed to lose a screw part to my shelving unit from Urbaboxx and they very quickly sent out a replacement part for me. Very helpful and kind, thank you so much Urbaboxx!! Also would like to say the shelving units I bought from them have now survived being assembled and disassembled for 2 house moves! A great purchase!!
