Shocking, I booked a house in Manchester from these through booking.com for an important occasion, and 5 days prior to this he phoned me and cancelled! Because his Tennant's wanted to stay in! Absolutely disgusting, he had to pay the difference of the house booking.com finally gave us though 😂 so might think twice about messing people about next time
Please stay away from this company. They don't mind let you a dirty apartment and not in good condition. The landlord will find invisible excuses to come to your house every other day, even if you are not there, without even ask you if you are available or not. The lights went out on the stairs and they didn't care to fix it. Only after 2 weeks. I fell off the stairs and went to the hospital. And FORGET TO GET YOUR DEPOSITO BACK. They'll just disappear hoping that you forget ABOUT YOUR MONEY.
I am renting from them right now it is horrible and disgusting. I have been complaining about holes and rats coming through them in my toilet for nearly a year and they have not done nothing for me and they have also promised me a new property and ignored me on that request as well even though they offered it to me. What a waste of time...I was interested to view and eventually take a property but the agent text and call me 3 times and never been serious about the viewing appoinment. This Zeeshan never get back to me with a time appoinment but he still get back to me after days to ask if I am still interested...are you really serious or you find a job to play with? One star is too much for this kind of service
