Went into today as patient of practice with a raging toothache and told could not be seen until 28th August! So it seems have to suffer. Have gone to another dentist being seen tomorrow
Upwell road dentist is the best dentist by far my son has an accident he needed to be seen was seen straight away, received great care and he’s now happy tooth fixed and no pain, Cipra Sharma is professional and caring really happy with the service we received thank you
Had 2 appointments to see specialist dentist. First appointment he was running 1.30 mins late, so I had to go back to work. Made a second appointment for first thing in the morning and after I’d been waiting for 20 mins he rang the surgery to say he was running late and wouldn’t arrive until 9.30am (1.10 mins after my appointment time). I bet if I was late or a no show for my appointment I’d have receives a charge so I’m going to charge him for his 2 no shows. My time is equally as important. I've never seen such a bad place ... go with a toothache and they didn't write medicine or care, they said we'll take it out in 5 days, they took 100 pounds just to look ...
