I've been going here for years and loved them, but whatever new ownership they are under is horrendous and I've spent literal weeks just trying to BUY new contacts from them unsuccessfully. The phone rings endlessly and when they promise they'll get back to me they never do. All these past reviews are meaningless now. At this point I just want my prescription to take my business elsewhere after whatever call service that answered kept me on hold and then disconnected me after I started talking.
Picked up my new eyeglasses today. Love them and getting great compliments. Thank you to the great staff here.
