they suck now! my appointment was at 11 Didn't get seen at 11:45 I left!!! not the same place!!!! sad Well time to found a new Doctor for my Family!!!! 15 Years at this place
Dr. Shim and Dr. Daniels are good, but since being taken over by My Eye Doctor it’s been a terrible experience for me. Wait times over 45 minutes for a LASIK post-op, for which I’m actually seen for less than 5 minutes total. End up at the office for over an hour. If they want everyone to wait that long they could at least offer more than six chairs. They’re efforts to avoid this in the future is that for my next appointment they can schedule me at 8am so there should be less of a wait. Sadly I’ll be looking for another doct... read more
They lost my appointment and didn't seem to care. It was obvious this was not the first time an issue like this had happened by the way they talked to each other. Instead of apologizing and fitting me in they tried to setup another appointment at a later time or date. Needless to say I will go elsewhere.
