I recently had body work done on my Toyota Corolla at Uptown Motors. Bruce Gregory did a fantastic job of getting the job done. He went above and beyond excellent service. He made sure that my car looked its very best when I picked it up. I was so pleased with the service provided. I would also like to mention the parts department. They helped my son get a part for his Crown Victoria that was very difficult to find. Thanks for all your help!
Uptown Ford/Lincoln provided excellent service during a recent visit to Milwaukee. Being 9 hours from home, I was concerned about making the trek home when an indicator light came on and suggested battery problems. Marlon and his team's prompt, courteous service had me safely on the road in no time. They also had a comfortable waiting area that also included a separate kids' area with toys, books, blocks and a fish tank. My experience minus one employee had a "not my problem" attitude. Staff could use some customer service refresher training. I had to come back since they had made an appointment without the part for my car even being there. Communication between departments seems to be an issue as well.
