Brought truck in to get tire fixed, was told 30 or 45. After an hour I went to talk how long it will still be. The front desk people to busy socializing to help me. I went to the service guy he did they had to go get a tire and it’s going to be another “30”. They never came to update me on the the repair. Very poor customer service. Just left the spare tire in the back seat. Horrible customer service. I won’t go back again.

The after purchase customer service is great. I recently had a few recall items, some warranty work and a oil change done. The receptionist answers the phone very quickly and is very professional. 10/10 would recommend buying a car/truck here, and coming back for service.
I was there for a recall on my Ford Focus. Got it fixed and that same night engine light came back on. Naturally, I was very angry. Went there right after work. It was a different problem. My transmission. When they said the words Transmission, I was sure I couldn't afford to fix whatever it was. But, it was covered under some Ford Warranty! The immediate relief I felt! They did it right there and then. And with no money out of my pocket,best news ever! Thank you!
