RecommendedLyle Stoflet, a service advisor, has been exceptionally helpful these past few months with all the issues, including finding a much needed processor for my truck. The issues were beyond anyone's control but he handled the situation with grace and kindness.
Three times we’ve gone for service and all three times have been negative... First time we went because our Escape auto-close trunk wasn’t latching properly...after an amount which I’ve since forgotten, still not latching properly. It only happens in the winter so I just have to manually slam it shut and have given up on having it repaired. Second time went for an oil change and new wipers....no new wipers installed. Third time went for an oil change (The Works), replacement purge valve, and tire patch...tires were not rotat... read more

I live in North Carolina and brought my MKX in for oil change and for them to look it over and they found that I need front breaks and they were very helpful with the break situation and the tie rod but I would definitely recommend them again and Curtis who help me out and Bob I think was the other guy were awesome awesome awesome I would definitely recommend uptown. it I truly feel safe driving back to North Carolina thank you again uptown
Bought an expensive extended warranty from their business manager. Told me shocks and struts are covered. Turns out they aren’t. when i went back to the business manager he lied to me. The owners of Uptown did nothing about it. Turns out also told them i drive for uber. Turns out some of the warranty is voided due to the vehicle is commercial. This dealer pulls the bait and switch. Not to be trusted
Purchased a car in late Oct, have since had to put in over $5000 (it's been just over 4 months). I tried to return the next day and they refused. Never again Uptown (Owen), NEVER.
I'm having real bad Experience with there Service department. I was told my car will be ready on Tuesday ,now my car is not going to ready unit friday.... No Loner car , Had to go rent a car from enterprise. just a real bad Experience
