I had a car on hold for 3 weeks. Got there it was DIRTY, not functioning properly, and BALD tires. NOT OKAY for them knowing I was coming at specific time, and having it on hold. Terrible presentation for purchasing a $55,000 vehicle. WASTE OF TIME
