This guy never responded to me when I tried to contact him about properties to rent in Ingatestone, all of their adverts are old on Rightmove and Zoopla, they don't take them down so you're just calling them about nothing. When I did get through to them eventually, the guy was blunt, rude and dismissive. Time wasters. I've since moved to Ingatestone via Barringtons who are far better. Avoid.

Wow after reading reviews, I’m surprised this company is still trading. My personal experience is actually via a friend. I helped my friend rent a house through this estate agent, BIG MISTAKE. Avoid at all costs. They have been really unprofessional from start to finish. I helped her move out and the property was left absolutely spotless. As a landlord myself, I helped her make sure it was left better than the condition she got it in. Weeks later she still hasn’t received her deposit back. I had an enquiery about property listed by Upsticks. Overall shocking customer service experience I ever dealt. Man over the phone was rude from first minute, lack of interest and professionalism. Hanged phone on me with no excue in the end, I was shocked. Makes you wonder what happens when you actually do business with them...

Inquired about an office space ‘absolute house, ingatestone’. This enquiry was made via Daniel who I believe is part of the letting teams. He was extremely unhelpful and dismissive on the phone. Asked me to email; sent the email, managed to somehow find the office space I had enquired about in the first phone call and then eventually after a few emails advised it was not suitable.
