A positive experience with using Upsdales to let my property in Walthamstow. The service provided by Daniel Redman was excellent. He was patient, professional, diligent with the background checks and arranged to have the necessary certificates in place prior to the property being Let. He also allayed my initial fears with renting the property and kept me updated every step of the way. He had a tenant in place in a very short space of time. All in all, I was very pleased.
As a contractor with over 10 years experience in maintenance with multiple large companies providing regular work and consultations, I found this company difficult to deal with. They were unwilling to take the time to listen to the caller and rude, especially Shabaz who is the most unprofessional person I have had the misfortune to deal with. I would NEVER recommend them. Excellent service received by Daniel Redman at Upsdales to let my flat in Newbury Park. Incredibly professional, patient, diligent with checks, cannot recommend enough. Responsive to calls and emails outside of office hours as always went the extra mile. Will definitely use when we come to sell our property.
