Jo is very professional she took time to listen to what I wanted and what I expected from the treatment she didn't try to rush me, or hurry me out of the door when finished. She was very informative and explained what products she was using and what she would do beforehand and was very considerate of my needs. I found her to be open, friendly and caring, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Jo to anyone considering treatments. I am very happy with my results and will definitely be going back in the future.
