You are shutting a vital health care clinic in rural PA and expect people to drive hours every week for necessary care and redo expensive testing in the middle of a pandemic. You have no concern for the hundreds of patients who are now lacking doctors and the regular shots they require. Or the staff losing jobs in a pandemic. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.
UPMC IS A 3.5 OUT OF 5, BUT TO ME IT IS A 0/5 WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE, LIKE SOME SORT OF A LIVING NIGHTMARE. CANCER CARE AND SURGERY TWICE IN THE PAST 8 YEARS, A TOTAL OF THREE YEARS ON CHEMO, SO I AM MORE THAN AQUAINTED WITH THIS MENACE. I AM A FORMER EMPLOYEE, RN. UPMC did not properly set up the referral for my child's specialist visit and after 5 MONTHS of back and forth with their billing and my insurance trying to find out which hoops to jump through, their billing department fully aware that I have worked continually for months since the very first bill and insurance is slow, sent the bill to collections after assuring me they would not. Incompetent billing is going to hurt my credit and I haven't met a specialist there yet who was worth this kind of effort, not one. Garbage.

just drove 3 hours to geisinger in Danville from coudersport. we were told to go out there for my son's knee he had an MRI in coudersport they sent the information to geisinger. we get there to find out that they did not get the MRI or the x-ray information and we have to make another trip in a week. worst hospital ever waste of time and my money. my son is still in pain with no answers it's been almost 2 months.
