Darren did a woodworm treatment on our house in 1999 when it was owned by the previous owners. The work carried a 30 year guarantee. Today, I contacted Darren to say we thought the woodworm might have come back. He is coming round tomorrow to have a look. To be so happy to respond after 24 years is professional and very impressive.
Darren and team were with us for several months following flood from Bristol Water mains. Total dryout and clean up, remodelling and redecorating. Always turned up on time, hardworking and productive.
Darren and his boys are Frist class.very professional job.
The damp work was carried out to a reasonable standard, however they completely ruined our carpets - they cut them in several places and also left big stains. Despite the fact we have photos that prove the damage was caused by them, they refused to reimburse us for the cost of replacing the carpets (£100). We paid £1780 for the damp work - Darren told us that they were more expensive than most other Bristol companies but that's because they're the best. We are feeling a bit ripped off, to say the least.
