Please do not use this company! 12-week delivery time aside, they LOST my pallet. Fortunately I located it myself and sorted delivery on my own. I have all correspondence saved and am happy to share how incredibly awful, unprofessional, and stressful the entire situation was! Really disappointing service. Requested a quote and was provided with a one line dollar amount. Asked for additional details and a breakdown, and John Bonney refused. I tried dealing with the UK office but they indicated I had to deal with John. After asking for details again, he cancelled our quote and would not return any further emails or queries. Unbelievable behavior.

Unfortunately, my moving experience was the most horrible situation that I have ever been in. The dates for pickup was changed 6 times which put myself in a terrible stressful situation with my previous landlords compounded with the stress of changing jobs. This put me in a situation where I had to constantly tell the new dates with my previous landlords. The issue was with the truck held up with customs and they eventually went with another company.
