Have to visit the branch to buy cashier’s order, as internet banking full of errors. Staff is ok, 1 point. 0 score for UOB internet banking, all wrong info, instruction and errors. 0 score for the branch, visit the branch also no use. Refuse to issue as I didn’t bring physical IC, even showed IC in Singpass. What’s more, only find out my personal details in system are not updated even I dig back past UOB message to confirm my detail update.
