On Wednesday, 21/4/2026, I visited your UOB branch at Northpoint, wanted to know more about different type of savings. Mr Vicky Low Chu Min (Personal Wealth Executive) served me for a while, but did not do any fact-finding for me. He took my Identity Card to check on my personal holdings, but did not advise me to go to the service counter to update my email address and signature, for my newly created savings account, which will take another few more working days to be reflected in the UOB system.
