The staff here are so incredibly friendly and helpful! From triaging everyone who enters to providing super helpful information on the required documents and waiting time to giving me an envelope for my documents :-) Very efficient too, got a cashier's order here and it was hassle free!
The best UOB branch in Singapore. The service is efficient and pleasant. The reception staff is very enthusiastic and kind, and the staff at counter no. 3 (27/03/2026) is also helpful and has a great service mindset.
