I visited after 12pm yesterday, 5march Thursday, to do some banking matters. Queue moved very swiftly and smoothly considering it was lunchtime. I had the privilege of being attended by Miss Mabel Puay. Her customer service was highly commendable. She was friendly, helpful, cheerful, patient and knowledgeable. I got all my banking stuff done quickly and smoothly and on top of that, she explained clearly about my stash and one accounts' interests which I enquired as well. I have visited this branch several times over the years, the service is always very efficient and polite.
Just called to report about Scammers but the Philippine Girl Customer Service is so poor. The UOB Management should get someone better than her. Fyi DBS Customer Service is much BETTER.
