I visited bishan branch at 1.30pm today and was greeted by a cheerful staff upon entering....good job!!! Your staffs(Carol)and officer(Mdm Lee) of bishan branch deserv a rating of 10/10 due to their efficient and friendly service. I was being served with 10 mins. After completing my transactions they also encourage me to use 'UOB TMRW' app whereby I can perform many transactions on-line.
