The class was full of great information on how Keto works in the body. I spent weeks researching Keto , but left class with a better understanding of what was happening inside the body and why . The follow up email from Dennis has so much information I needed in it. A lot of time and energy put into helping others!
Dennis seems to be very passionate in helping people reach their goal in weight loss. The Keto class was very helpful in understanding how Keto works. I left feeling there is hope in reaching my goal! :-)
Their Keto class was a professional, well put together and informative class. Excellent products offered as well to support a Keto diet and additional supplements.

I attended the keto class and learned alot that I did not know about diet and how our bodies work and break things down. I highly recommend the FREE class if you are interested in keto or just getting healthy.
