Dennis it's been 29 days today. I have lost 9 lbs. as of this morning. I just used the macros as a guide not strictly by it No sugars and very little carbs. You can email me today the next macros for next month. I will try to use the fitness pal app. for them or do like I did this last 20 days. Thank you, Cathy Mitchell

I attended a presentation about the Keto diet on Wednesday hosted by Dennis of Unlimited Nutrition. it was very informative and Dennis is quite the comedian. His presentation persuaded me to give Keto a try.i am a 65 year old woman that needs to lose some weight .

Attended the January 8th class with Dennis amazing!!! If you want to know anything about KETO he is the go to guy. The 90 minute class seemed only like a few minutes (not long or boring) you learn more about how your body works the class is free and you don't have to buy anything. Thank You Dennis

Hello! Keto class was concise, myth busting, educational, and funny! The arsenal of guidelines and everything needed to navigate this lifestyle was offered with gracious enthusiasm and compassion. Dennis and his wife care. I was very impressed that the main emphasis was this lifestyle can be achieved without purchasing products! Dennis promised to outline how keto can be done via a grocery list, and he delivered! This class is well worth the time and any arrangements you need to make to attend!
Lisa was the BEST at teaching me about CBD products! So informative and the products Specifically the Eco-Derm creaMm, have been wonderful at reducing my pain. Lisa went out of her way to help me understand the differences in products and I wouldn't buy from ANYONE else. Fully trust and for me being a first time user of CBD products, this was a great opportunity!
