Just attended my first keto class and I can't say enough good things about it!! The way Dennis explains how a keto lifestyle affects your body and the science behind it along with his very entertaining presentation made it super enjoyable! Don't hesitate attending this class I'm looking forward to the second one!

Not boring. Dennis made me learning things a doctor should have told me very interesting. I would take any class with him teaching. He gives a lot of info but delivers it so you retain it. Not your typical nutrition class.
Excellent place to go if you want to become knowledgeable about food & health. They have a wide variety of healthy options. I'm glad to know that there's still honest family businesses around that care about individuals more than being profitable.

Dennis did an awesome job, explaining how the Keto System works. I tried it before but I did not know the details on how much proteins, carbohydrates and macro to put in my body. After this class I am excited to try it again.
