Take Dennis' Keto class!!! He is knowledgeable, relatable, and packs a lot of information into his class.... and he won't try to sell you something (although he does have some great products to help you with your goals).

Attended the free class at Unlimited Nutrition and it was awesome. Dennis keeps you engaged while getting the facts to you. So great to put some myths to rest and learn facts as to what your body is doing during a diet change. I recommend this class, just for the information, wether you decide to do Keto or not...well worth your time!
