I attended a Keto Class last night. I could not believe the things I learned. I cant wait to get started with this lifestyle change. Thanks Dennis for a great class.
I really enjoyed the class. Dennis is very knowledgeable, comical and enjoys what he does. If any one has a chance to attend one of Dennis class, they should do so.

Highly recommend Unlimited Nutrition. Attended a fun, free and very informative class on keto. Dennis knows his stuff and will teach you a lot about how your body works in 90 minutes. 19 days into eating keto I'm losing weight steadily at over 2lb per week and I feel great! It is not stressing me at all to do this. In fact, much the reverse. It is hard to describe the sense of well-being that comes with this.
Great keto class, lots of good information about the science of losing weight. Definitely recommend.
Dennis' very enthusiastic explanation of how our bodies use the food we eat and how we can use the Keto plan to burn the stored fat on our bodies was worth the time I spent. I am encouraged to give it an honest try. The product bundle that he offered was an unexpected bonus. He advertises that the class is free and it was.
