I so enjoyed the class that was given on the Keto diet. I have heard a lot about this diet and have been very confused about all the information. Dennis did a great job of explaining how the diet works and the overall health benefits. Thanks so much for having this class free of charge and offering to help to get me started.
My husband and I attended the Keto Class to get the knowledge on how this Keto Diet works. We personally know someone that has lost a 100 lbs on Keto and now our adult kids are losing weight also. We enjoyed the class and the comedian just made it all the more enjoyable while learning.
Dennis made learning about Keto so easy, plus he is extremely funny. He should be a stand-up comedian. If you want advice or need help with buying nutrition products this is the place to go.
Totally enjoyed the class. Dennis was very knowledgeable (and funny). The class helped to understand everything so much more than what I had been told by a friend that is doing Keto. (They said it would). Excited to get started.

I recently attended a FREE keto class hosted by the owner. He's full of information and kept the class relevant to information you need to know about starting the keto diet. I've been doing keto for a few months and learned a lot! Great class for a great price.....and he's hilarious 😂 Amazing place to get your low carb/keto options; I get all of my Smart Baking Co bread/treats from Unlimited. Shakes are awesome and the owner, Dennis, is always helpful!
