RecommendedI took the keto class that Dennis has there. It was very entertaining and educational. Dennis did such a fantastic job. I learned a lot and laughed a lot. The best part is that it is free and he helps you along your journey. He doesn't push you to buy anything either. He does this simply to help people become healthier.

This man is spot on. My wife goes all the time. But it was hot and I was tired went in to ask what I’m missing. Pointed in the right direction and I’m back to normal.
Went in the store for the first time today and had a very helpful and informative talk with the owner. I purchased all keto friendly items, mostly for my husband because he has a sweet tooth. Got home and he tried one of the smart cakes and the cereal so far and is a huge fan now! Thankyou to the owner for all the recommendations!
I took the class with Dennis and it was an engaging and informative experience. I thought he was a great speaker and I learned so much from this class! Its refreshing to hear from someone so honest and down to earth and genuinely cares about helping others. Definitely recommend!
