Staff were friendly and helpful My initial contact was with Reggie via the phone. However he was with another customer when I arrived on Saturday so another Sales person worked with me. Both Reggie and Eric spent time with me talking about the new vehicle and both were very helpful. I will definitely recommend Eric and Reggie to my friends who are looking to purchase a new car!
Don't take your car to the service department at University Mazda!! I have grave concerns with the honesty of the service department. Perhaps an investigation needs to be conducted. My 2006 mazda miata was working wonderful for years until I brought it into University Mazda just for a check-up (on the computer at Jiffy Lube, it was suggested that the transmission fluid be changed at a certain mileage). Utterly Abysmal Service Dept. I won't take all the time needed to list each grievance I have with Univ. VW, but suffice to say, their service dept. is totally incompetent. Beware!
Perfect car We had an amazing buying experience with Mike B. Mike was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. He was honest when he wasn't positive about specific questions we had and always talked to his team to get the answer. He made us feel comfortable and didn't pressure us into making a decision. University Mazda is nice! My next-door neighbor suggested I try University after I told them of my experience at a Honda store (the H in Honda is for Horrible!). University didnât have the exact car I wanted yet did not push me into what they did have. They found the car I wanted and had it trucked in. I just took the car in for its 10,000 mile service, other than oil changes the car has needed nothing. John and Adam in the service department are more than friendly. Itâs a just nice place, and that is unexpected!
Good car From the time I called to see if they had the car in stock Carl was very helpful. He Went out and physically made sure the car I was looking for was there. He Had it ready to test drive by the time I got there and he has been very helpful and knowledgeable. A very good car buying experience :-)
University service is awesome I came in wanting an oil change. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Not what i expected from a dealership. University is great!
Probably my best car I bought a 2013 VW Beetle Turbo form University VW. It is a great car! The sales associate who helped me was Nick Walker. I could not have asked for a more helpful and professional sales person. Nick answered all my questions and walked me through the whole car buying process, in a friendly and helpful manner. Unlike most car sales people, Nick never tried pressure tactics to get me to hurry and buy a car or buy something that wasn't right for me.
