Sales department is wonderful The entire sales department is wonderful! Everyone took such good care of me and helped me get into the car I wanted. They treated me with respect and honesty and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Hospitable salesman We have serviced our Jetta for years with University and Adam. We have over 210000 miles on it and it runs great. We are from out of town and Adam always seems to have it ready quickly or let us know if it a long job ahead of time so we can take the train home to pick up at a later time. Thanks for making us feel welcomed Adam.
Poor service! I should know. My car has been there 5 times. The service departments work was adequate. They were great communicators and very organized. One time they put a dent into my vehicle while they had it on their lot. They did however get the bodywork fixed in a timely manner. I took my car in for a dead transmission at 63k miles. Although all the repairs were covered under warranty they would not release my vehicle until after they had received full payment. Great Service! I have been nothing but pleased with service I have received from University Volkswagen. I have had the unfortunate luck of getting stuck in the worst car in the entire world. To everyone who reads this I say: DO NOT BUY A VOLKSWAGEN! However in the two years I have owned my beetle I have dealt with MANY auto shops and University Volkswagen is the best! Staff was honesty and forthrightness When I first walked on the lot, Keith was right there, friendly, helpful, entertaining and funny. His honesty and forthrightness was what I most appreciated. His sense of humor , while maintaining a high level of professionalism, put my anxiety to rest and I immediately felt a high level of trust and integrity. Strong customer service The above seller Nick Walker gave a full assistant on procuring the above SUV Veracruz. In fact you depict a strong customer and marketing skills beyond imagination. Nick also helped my family on Car insurance by switching our policy to GEICO auto insurance. Added our second car to the policy and we end up paying a very little premium which when I do a cost comparison with my old car insurance company GEICO car insurance is very cheap. Service Department Sucks I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer. The sales staff are not a problem. The problem is the service department. The VW side has a lot of factory certified technicians on staff, there's a reason for that, the Mazda side has one, this came from someone who was eager to sell a Mazda to me over a VW.
