This was my first visit and I was a little upset at first to sit in the waiting room for so long. Once I was able to see the doctor I realize what took so long. He actually took time with me. He listened to all of my complaints. He actually examined me! We discussed all the options! Great bedside manners! Highly recommend Dr. Alvarez and his staff!!

My husband has had multiple vascular surgeries. Until this one it had always been impatient. We were a bit apprehensive to say the least. From the moment we arrived everyone was so kind and reassuring. LPN Peggy was amazing. She was attentive and knowledgeable and went out of her way to make both of us comfortable.
I have been a patient here since the age of six. Doctor Carr has done all of my surgeries until I turned twenty-six and aged out of his practice, but he was able to refer me to a colleague of his and let him know about my medical history. I have had around 23 surgeries, he has done at least 11 of them .. While I miss him as my general surgeon I have scars to remind me of the times that he saved my life as a child and will forever be grateful for him.
