Of all the places we have stayed in ANY state, this place and every staff member (especially Willie) were very helpful in any and every situation. Very, very pleased. Will return to University Place without a doubt!!

very very good staff – The staff was very attentive and helpful during an emergency situation. My husband was sent to the hospital in an ambulance. The front desk immediately called and let me know. They also printed out directions to get to Kaiser. The food attendant offered to let me use their tray to bring up food for my family.
Great location. We came for a bicycle event at PSU campus. It was very convenient. All staff were very helpful, most were extremely friendly. Good job!
