I have a family member that has been there for over a month and they have yet to send his sister paperwork for insurance. When you call the 305-325-2300 number you do not get a hold of anybody right away and if you do your the lotto winner because I have called 9 times in a row without an answer. I have called many different times trying to communicate with them. The staff is very friendly & professional. Everyone greets you. The facility is always immaculately clean. A pleasant atmosphere. �

Actually it is a good place... very clean. The staff seem to be pretty friendly. The place itself is kept very clean and neat. It is also affordable. My mother in law seems to enjoy being there
Never ever! My Mom almost die there, we were lucky to find some other place.
Is the BEST! You feel like you are home and the staff is your family!
