Pros: Beautiful building and location. Cons: Everything else. The spa-like appearance of the office is lipstick on a pig. The customer service is non-existent. We showed up on time for an appointment with Dr. Kriz, only to find out that the person who booked the appointment over the phone told us the wrong time. I went to see Dr Antoci due to his great reviews. Unfortunately I've had an awful experience with my knee replacement and 13 months later I've had to get it re-constructed. It started with the day of surgery, Covid restrictions were in place and he never let my family know how my surgery went. The next day at the hospital he sent his PA and never explained what happened during surgery. From day one of walking I knew something was loose in the replacement.
